What you will do:
• Deliver effective solutions to our customers.
• Monitor order status.
• Handle orders and invoicing.
• Securing a positive customer experience.
• Deliver effective solutions to customers.
• Coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve issues.
• Documentation and developing processes
Qualifications:
• Experience in SAP ECC
• Technical competence and interest.
• Interested in economics and numbers.
• Experience with Office 365.
Who you are:
• Used to have an agile and proactive approach
• Always taking ownership of customer issues.
• Well aware of principles and practices in customer service.
• A collaborative person.
• A solution finder.
• Skilled in written and spoken communication both in Swedish and English language
