hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos NaturalCycles Nordic AB i Stockholm As a Customer Support Agent for Natural Cycles you will handle the core of our company, the customers - our Cyclers. You will handle customer support through emails and social media; you will go from questions about the menstrual cycle, to logistics and shipping, to product development requests.
Customer support is the center of our company, and you may need to work with all departments in order to fully help our customers.
You will also work with engaging our current and prospective customers through content creation and customer interaction. As we aim towards being a high end customer support we answer quickly and accurately, you will aid in making sure all emails are answered each day.

You are fully fluent in English and Swedish as these are the corporate languages, any other language is a bonus as we have users all over the world.
