Your Mission
As Truecaller is expanding all over the world we need skilled Customer Support people that love to help out and explain things to our users. You will be answering our users primarily via email but also via our social channels of communication. Your main focus will be serving our Arabic-speaking users.
Your Skills
• As far as your skills, we'd love to hear about experience like:
Native Arabic speaker
• Fluent English skills, oral and written
• Ideally also capable in French or Turkish. Other language capabilities might also be of interest.
• At least 1-2 years experience working in Customer Support preferably for a telco or digital company
• Love mobile tech, apps and social media.
