In your daily work, you receive and handle incoming orders and quotation requests, provide advice on our products, register and monitor deliveries and handle logistical matters and other documentation while you have contact with the customer as well as suppliers. The work is fast-paced and one day is seldom the same. LumenRadio has many international contacts and the communication takes place mainly in English.
The position is located at the Gothenburg office.
Qualifications
You love supporting customers and doing administrative tasks such as. If you have experience from a technical industry, we see it as a plus. You need to be action oriented and used to searching for information yourself together with a great customer/business focus. Good computer and system skills are a requirement for the position and if you have worked in various business systems, we see it as meritorious.
