It is truly the heart and soul of our company and we are now ready to expand our Customer Support team!You will handle incoming user questions through our in-app chat, phone and email, and navigate the user to the solution of the issue.You will report bugs and product improvements to the development team & keep the customer informed during the process.You will work in a sales oriented environment and should have a business-mindset, maniac problem solving skills and know how to communicate efficiently and professionally with customers. You have a clear interest for customer support, sales, marketing and IT/tech.You will have the possibility to grow with the company - taking on new challenges and roles in the future.The ideal candidate will have experience from Intercom and a couple of years' experience from customer support preferably in the tech industry however the personality and ambitions are far more important.
