Our idea is simple: We want to change how digitally distributed music is used by businesses and brands through superior design and innovative technology.
We are in an exciting phase as we continue to expand into new markets. Now, we are looking for a person who can join our Customer support team and support clients outside of Europe from our Stockholm office during evenings (weekdays 5 pm - 10 pm).
Soundtrack Your Brand's current Customer support department is based at HQ in Stockholm. The department supports customers' and partners' all over the world.
As we are launching our service in new markets, we're looking for someone who can assist our customers during evenings.
• You'll work 2-3 evening each week, which makes about 10-15 hours/week.
• You will manage customer inquiries and assist clients in markets and time zones where we'll offer Customer support in English.
• The job includes answering phone calls and emails.
• You will join a small team with high ambitions and work to provide our customers with top notch service.
Who are you?
• You're a real people person, have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• You enjoy working independently and like to take responsibility for your job duties.
• You're great at expressing yourself and have a genuine interest in providing top notch service.
Experience and skills:
• You have completed high school.
• You're fluent in English, both in writing and verbally. If you also speak Swedish, that's a bonus!
• You have a 1-2 years experience in customer service or business support.
• You have a great interest in technology as well as excellent computer skills and often use music streaming services yourself.
We're about 50 people who all believe that ambition comes through passion and belief in what you do. When we don't hustle, we have wine tastings, talent competitions and movie nights.
Needless to say, we love music and believe that artists and musicians should be compensated rightfully.
