We are looking to fill an integral role on the Customer Support team. We are looking for an energetic, passionate Junior Content Management Agent to join our Customer Service team in Stockholm. This is a great first job or opportunity to join a team of innovators, who are passionate about delivering new initiatives in the digital space.
As a Junior Content Management Agent you will be key in assuring that Amuse comply with Content standards and that our Artists deliver high quality content to our different music service partners.
More specific you will:
Make sure that users upload correct information and meet Amuse requirements regarding artwork or the quality of the song, for example
Process releases from artists from around the world
Working in a high workload and high pace environment.
Requirements
"Get shit done" attitude.
Pay attention to details and have the ability to work independently
Are fluent in both spoken and written English.
Live in Stockholm
