Are you a service minded person with a competitive attitude, who is eager to join the start-up scene for car sharing?

We are a rapidly growing online platform for ridesharing, peer-to-peer car rental, and car leasing. With more than 2,5 million members in five markets GoMore has ambitious plans to grow the company over the coming years. We are currently 90 employees located in Denmark, France and Spain and we are now expanding into a fourth office, in Sweden - Stockholm.

We are looking for a norwegian or swedish person with a lot of energy and the right attitude that will join our Norwegian and Swedish team, becoming our new Community Success and Sales Specialist. The role will include operational responsibility, handling our daily contact with users through inbound and outbound channels.

You will be a part of a small and dynamic team, working both towards the Norwegian and Swedish market. With a growth mindset, you will also be part of setting the standard while opening our NEW office in Stockholm, together with our Market Manager for Norway and Sweden.

Working tasks will include:

• Supporting existing users through inbound and outbound channels as phone, email, and chat, creating great experiences for all GoMore members
• Recruiting and onboarding of new users, bringing new ideas and growth tactics to the team
• Identifying and driving campaigns that improve our market presence
• Assisting in communication and growth efforts together with rest of the team

In short; doing all it takes to make car sharing grow in Sweden and Norway!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous great track record from service and sales
• Has a university degree or higher education within service management, economy, marketing or similar
• Is commercially strong and result driven
• Has an analytical mind, interested in business development
• Speaks and writes fluently Norwegian and/or Swedish
• Does not hesitate to pick up the phone and walk the talk in order to make GoMore grow as business and community
