We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our international NetSuite ERP Consultant team in Sweden. You can work from our office in Stockholm or remotely from your home office. The employment is full-time and permanent, and we offer you a great possibility to further develop your team leading skills and work in a versatile and interesting role. What will you be doing?
As a Customer Success Manager, your main responsibilities include taking care of our customers and contributing to their success, project management and team leadership. You will be leading the project group and their work, including supporting the team, planning, resourcing, scheduling as well as managing risks. In your role, you will mainly take care of our Swedish and Norwegian customers. You will closely together with Customer Success team and report directly to our ERP Consultancy Director.
Staria's NetSuite Consultant team has been awarded several Oracle NetSuite Partner Awards along the years. The team consists of 40+ enthusiastic professionals, located in different parts of the world. The team's working language is English and the international atmosphere within the team is strongly present in everyday life.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven person with previous experience in customer care and successfully managing ERP projects. You are passionate about driving forward and finding creative solutions for demanding situations and maximizing the customer success. We hope you would have prior experience within team leadership, IT, accounting or ERP project management. We consider it as a strong advantage if you have previous experience with NetSuite ERP, but we also find it beneficial if you have experience from other ERP implementations. Complete knowledge of the industry is not required for this job, because the role evolves as the world and working practices are constantly changing. More important is your eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to change.
For you to be successful in the role you need to be good at handling simultaneous projects and taking great responsibility both of your own and your colleagues' work. As an employee you have a proactive mindset and great co-operation skills. According to our international working environment and the customer work, we expect you to able to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
