DanAds was founded in 2013 with a belief that transparency between advertisers and publishers is necessary to increase engagement, revenue and future scalability.

Today we build self-service advertising platforms for some of the biggest publishers in the world. Our self-service advertising platforms allow publishers to automate their advertising sales process, increasing their profit, whilst also giving advertisers full control over their campaigns, increasing their autonomy.

We are looking for a driven and creative Customer Success Manager to join our Stockholm office. In the Customer Success team we work to ensure that all of our platforms are fine tuned for success pre-launch and have the tools they need to maintain and grow that success post-launch. You will be involved with our new and existing customer base, helping to fine tune and drive growth.

As a person, you are organised, positive, and willing to become an expert in your field through constant learning. You are able to handle pressure and are confident handling high-value clients. You are enthusiastic about joining an international and sociable team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Driving revenue through marketing sendouts, campaign optimisation and account management.
Providing clients with actionable data.
Providing insights on how we can improve platforms
Working with the first line support team
Helping to put together and carry out long term strategies aimed at growing revenue and adoption of the existing platforms.
Suggest new processes to optimise the way we work in the function.
Participate in all post-launch client meetings and some pre-launch meetings


Requirements
1+ year/s in customer facing roles
Self-starter, proactive and able to work with a high level of independence while being a part of a team.
Excellent in English, verbal and written communication.
Outstanding presentation and good public speaking skills.
