GROW WITH US
We are now growing quickly in Sweden and look for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Gothenburg. You will be working with our real estate clients, featuring 25% of the largest in Sweden. You will work with a young team that loves technology, a modern web-based product and professional online tools that will help you to make the most out of your skills.

• - YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES --

Own overall relationship with assigned customers, which include:
• Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
• Plan events, meetup, seminars and conferences.
• Help new customers get started and make them get the most out of Metry
• Work to identify and develop upselling opportunities
• Managing and updating the Help-center based on frequently asked questions
• Contribute to the development team by keeping close contact with clients and understand their needs.

• - SKILLS & REQUIREMENT --

We think you have the best customer management and business consultancy skills around. You are curious and have authentic interest in customers' use cases and the global challenges around energy and climate change. While helping customers you are able to identify patterns and routines that can be improved or automated - without losing out on the personalized customer experience.

MUST HAVES
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Ability to understand complex products and communicating these in an easy to understand way.
• Outstanding communication skills, including writing
• Experience from previous sales or B2B customer support OR higher education, such as Bachelor degree or equivalent.

NICE TO HAVES
• Strong track record and experience in selling technical solutions.
• Personal international network within real estate
• Previous experience from SaaS - sales.
• Fluent in Finnish, Danish, German, Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish
• Engineering degree
