Truesec Detect provides a Security Operations Center
The SOC monitors our customers' IT environment in real-time and handles threat assessments, investigates security breaches, and abnormal activity. The SOC is manned 24 hours a day, all year round. We are onboarding additional customers, and as a result, we are currently looking for several employees for staffing both the center and the and important support functions that come with it.
We are now looking for a colleague that will assure the quality of our service delivery, including both operational and technical aspects. We think that you have a technical background, preferably from cybersecurity and find it easy to understand our customers' perception of value. You will have an ongoing presence and dialog with our customers; this includes helping our customers achieve and understand the full potential of our service.
Day to day tasks:
• Ensure that our Security Operations Centers services are being delivered to our customers with high customer satisfaction
• Collecting feedback from our customers to ensure continued service development and improvement.
• Understand the customers' perception of value.
• Beware of the complexity and details that come with delivering a service, yet still, keep the holistic view.
• You ensure regular communications with our customers, both via formal reporting, informal contacts, and "soft values."
• Contribute to an efficient on-boarding of our Security Operations Center service.
• Ensure that our customers are getting high quality of our service, from ensuring that we meet our agreements to overseeing customers' value perceptions.
To be successful, we believe that you have:
• An eager to get things done, even when there is no predefined "how-to."
• Experience helping to define and improve processes
• Experience managing customer relationships
• Experience managing projects and using agile methods
• You have previously worked in a customer-facing, project/service delivery management role for a technology company and understand the importance of putting the customer first
• Experience working with managed services.
• A drive to learn new things and continually develop yourself and the people around you.
The position will be on a temporary basis, until April 2021. For the right candidate, there is a good possibility of the position becoming full-time.

Location
Office location is Oxtorgsgränd 2, 11157, Stockholm, which is in the heart of Stockholm at Hötorget. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the central subway station and to commute train station making it easy to get to and from the office at any hour of the day. And provides lots of lunch and exercise opportunities close to work.
