hela Sverige We're looking for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about helping clients succeed through strategic B2B matchmaking and exclusive business events.
OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of solution providers, guiding them to maximize the value of their participation in exclusive B2B events. You will coach and support clients to generate high-quality leads and build strategic relationships through curated one-to-one meetings with senior decision-makers.
This is a sales-driven role where you will work closely with the sales team to strengthen client relationships, drive repeat business, and contribute to long-term account growth.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Deliver proactive and high-quality customer service
• Prepare clients for participation in invitation-only events
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Communicate the value of the service and event concept
• Manage time effectively and prioritize client needs
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all client interactions
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Around two years of experience in a client-facing role (sales, account management, customer success)
• Proven ability to build trust and strong client relationships
• Commercial mindset and drive to grow accounts
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Fluency in Swedish and strong proficiency in English
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
