The Role
Having launched a completely new product across the Scandinavian markets, we believe the experience our customers have with our products and services is of the utmost importance. This is the mission of our Customer Success Team and we are now looking for a Lead Technician that will help the Installation Team to deliver flawless installations for our new clients. You will be responsible for planning and the execution of our installation efforts across Scandinavia and the world, allocating team resources and establishing standard procedures and process that secure quality, best practice and high customer satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
You are self propelled and hard working, with high levels of energy and a solution-oriented mindset. An experienced team leader, you can naturally motivate, organise and build a high performance team of technicians locally, and also have the ambition and potential to scale up a team on a global scale. This is a customer facing role and a passion for providing terrific customer experience is a key criteria for success.
Must haves:
• Technical background: Engineer, electrician, plumber and/or facility management experience
• +5 years of working experience
• Team management and/or project management experience
• Great English communication skills (written and speaking)
Good to have:
• Start-up / growth company experience
• International experience
• Great Swedish or Danish communication skills (written and speaking)
