Job Description
We are now looking for a customer success associate to our client within the music industry in Stockholm! In this role, you will effectively handle the onboarding and implementation process for their online-platform, a collaborative, cloud-base recording studio. The customer segment you are responsible for is the largest K-12 school district customers across EMEA, United States and Canada. This role is an individual contributor and will report directly to the US Sales Manager.
Additionally, you will:
• Work with K12 district leaders to integrate this online platform into school Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, and SSO Portals
• Serve as technical point of contact for K12 district customers after they have purchased or renewed their licenses
• Translate technical communication across teams and sophisticated client organizations to steer clients through implementation and adoption of this online platform
• Advocate internally for product and process improvement to build out capacity to onboard large district customers
• Develop new processes and support new pathways for a growing customer base
• Act as interface between the RnD department and the sales team
• Technical project management and execution for K12 onboarding projects
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who will function as a key member of the US sales team for large customers, playing the lead role in pre- and post-sale rostering, integration, and onboarding processes. You should be an organized professional and a clear communicator.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-10-16, with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
