At Swiftcourt, we put users first. And that means that our Customer Success Team is a big contributor to our success. As one of our current support stars is moving on within the company, we're looking for another highly service-minded individual to take his place. We're looking for you who are passionate about helping users and can see yourself working long term with the team to build a best in class user experience. You'll join a team of two where you, in addition to helping our users, will be a key player in making our users' feedback the center of attention at Swiftcourt, with a real chance to impact product development. What we do at Swiftcourt
At Swiftcourt we're all about simplifying peer-to-peer business. We believe that anyone anywhere should be able to safely make transactions with.. well, anyone anywhere! That's why we work hard to provide people with smart, digital solutions for contracts, payments, and other services related to second-hand sales.
We have an amazing product, over 1 million amazing users, and are growing rapidly. As users increase, so do our support tickets and the need for excellent service. That's where you come in!

What you'll do at Swiftcourt
As a full-time Customer Success star at Swiftcourt, you have two goals; making the users feel safe, and making our product better.
Goal 1: Bring your best chat to work
Despite our best efforts, some of our users do bump into obstacles (believe it or not). You'll be meeting them through our webchat, and will do your best to turn their day around. When they express confusion or frustration, you guide them with the same patience and warmth as if you were helping a friend. We firmly believe that a couple of emojis or a well-timed joke to brighten someone's day never killed nobody!
You'll be answering and following up on incoming queries from users all over Europe over email and chat. The queries vary from legal to technical, meaning you'll need to be a bit of a know-it-all, or at least set out to become one.
Goal 2: Help improve our product
Your second goal is to become an expert on our users' wants and needs. That's because Swiftcourt's goal is that our product should be so easy to use, our users won't need any help. And that's not possible without our Customer Success team. A big part of your responsibility will be to make sure the feedback from our users reaches the rest of the company. You'll contribute to this by making feature requests and helping to prepare our monthly user-brief meeting hosted by your team. We also aim to make our assistance as efficient as possible for our users. When the ticket influx is low, you will therefore spend your time analyzing and improving our support tools to help us build even better chat flows, expand our help article catalogues, and optimize our bots to provide users with fast, accurate and personal answers.

Is this you?
You write, read and speak English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) fluently
You're service-minded
You're good at juggling several tasks at once and are able to chat and type like the wind
You have a positive attitude at the same time as being patient and confident in what you do
You are a self-starter and have no problem taking initiative
You love to learn new things
You're analytical and love to improve things

The cherry on top
You have advanced knowledge of German or another European language
You have previous experience from working in a support function
You know some basic HTML and CSS (e.g. from blog editing or similar)
You have a good understanding of basic contract law

Type of employment
We're looking for someone who can work with us full time (100%), Monday-Friday. For the right candidate, we're able to facilitate 80% employment.
