Could you imagine yourself in a challenging position in Tetra Pak Services Parts Supply Chain, as an important player for Tetra Pak's future?
Parts Supply Chain (PSC) within Tetra Pak Services has the task to design and implement a single process from supplier to end user, to increase availability and service level, reduce cost and optimise stock levels. As part of this organisation; Planning & Quality works to secure global availability and quality of parts to meet our customer requests.
We are looking for a new member in Parts Supply Chain (PSC) within Technical Services, the central organization which manages our spare parts and consumables and includes central and regional distribution centers, workshops as well as central planning.
One of the most challenging tasks in our global parts supply chain is to create and secure the availability of spare parts in Tetra Pak's central and regional stocks and work to improve processes to secure cost efficiency.
The team offering this position is dealing with a wide contact area covering e.g. involvement in product development and stock management.
In this role we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organization. This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• To support our commercial peers within TPS and the Clusters with analysis, follow ups and buy back support to optimize inventory solutions for customer stocks, consignment inventory as well as for start-up solutions when customers are buying new equipment.
• To make sure PSC is ready to deliver inventory optimization globally for both customers and Cluster organizations. In-teraction with several different areas of PSC as well a as commercial organizations are part of the role.
• You will be part of a global network of several Customer Stock Analysts, working as a virtual team.
Qualifications
As a person you are an analytical, well organized and precise person. You are able to drive activities and deliver expected results on time. You have strong skills in collaboration, teamwork and drive activities to get the expected results.
You preferably have experience within supply chain and good analyst skills. A good command of ECC, Qlik View and Excel is highly appreciated. You should also have the ability of driving continuous improvements within the functional areas. You have excellent skills in English, both verbal and written.
