hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Arduino AB i Malmö Arduino is looking for a Customer Solutions Technician in the Technical support area for our professional product line with knowledge in electronics and documented experience in Arduino, to join the Customer Experience Team.
Applicants should be ready to face questions and evaluate cases coming from expert maker enthusiasts and companies deploying Arduino in their operations. Therefore we are looking for a dynamic person who can deep dive into hardware and software questions with strong communication skills to provide clear answers to our most professional customers.
As part of the Customer Experience team, you get to test and evaluate upcoming products (from software to hardware) in order to identify and document potential pain points in the shape of troubleshooting articles and provide clear answers to our customers who contacted us through email, the Arduino forum, and social media.
We are looking for service-minded individuals with the ability to explain complex technical terms in an easy way. The main language for customer support for education is English. However, it is a plus if you also speak Italian.
Location: Malmö/Sweden.
Your responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve cases by answering email-based queries.
Monitor and answer questions in our forum for questions related to our professional line products.
Document common issues in the format of troubleshooting articles.
Perform tests for upcoming products in hardware and software to provide feedback to our product teams and identify potential pain points.
As an ideal candidate, you:
Learn continuously, you keep on looking for the best way of doing what you do.
Write and speak English fluently.
Like challenges, especially the ones related to technical constraints.
Have documented experience in Arduino.
Are a team player.
