Axis Servitization Group is a strategic company initiative that manages and develops the products and services to improve the customer experience, maximize value, and provide a platform to enhance customer insights and relationships.

The servitization organization will be responsible for the servitization roadmap, governance and strategy within Axis as well as knowledge and global platforms to fulfill the servitization roadmap. The initial focus will be on subscription, hosted and financial services. The man task is to make sure that Axis and our business partners benefit not only from onetime purchases, but also from a recurring subscription business.

We are looking for a Customer Servitization Manager who will be responsible for engaging with customers, partners and sales regions around the introduction and roll out of new subscription service offerings. This is a new function within the company and is critical to our customers' overall experience with our products and services.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your main task in this role will be to Act as the primary interface to customers and sales regions for tests, trials and roll-out plans. You will also act as a liaison across geographies and with technical and non-technical audiences to communicate and ensure alignment with objectives. Surface key issues and changes which may impact expected business results.

Refine segmentation & channels to market for subscription services
Verify Willingness-To-Pay for new services with target customers and business partners.
Analysis of market entry barriers & competitive analysis.
Leverage change management best practices to ensure the successful adoption of strategic initiatives.
Provide subject matter expertise to company sales teams during launch and pre-sales stage
Establishing organizational processes with internal depts.
Develop and implement best practices, processes and tools to continually enhance customer success and satisfaction.
Manage the day-to-day operations of all subscription services, including customer enquiries and escalations on an ongoing basis


WHO ARE YOU?

5-10 years of experience in software account management, ideally in a customer facing capacity at a SaaS company.
2-3 years of relevant B2B subscription based experience
Experience of two-tier product distribution & business partner networks for SaaS will be highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate with and influence others to drive change and achieve desired outcomes required.
Successfully work with groups and individuals by demonstrating patience, openness and adaptability to different styles.
Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic drive for results.
Work effectively at multiple levels of the organization & internationally.
Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills with internal partners and colleagues.
Consistent display of critical and strategic thinking. Creative problem solver.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and execution orientation to keep projects and teams focused on improvement tasks and deliverables.
