Customer Service Representatives (M/F) - Stockholm
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Reporting to the Center Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
• Delivering Regus Customer Service Standards to all Regus Clients.
• Acting as point of contact for all internal client requests.
• Meet, greet and take client calls to Regus Standards.
• Up sell Regus Products and Services.
• Ensure Centre Facilities are clean and to Regus standards at all times.
• Ensure clients requirements are met.
• Order catering from suppliers and delivering to clients.
• Provide secretarial and concierge services to clients.
• Deal with post; outgoing mail and faxes for clients.
• Take bookings for meeting rooms from clients.
• Ensure meetings rooms are set up with correct equipment.
• Liaise with clients for all telecom and IT requests.
• Report faults and maintenance issues.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Applicants should have a first customer service experience in a busy environment, a good working -knowledge of Microsoft Office, an excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Candidates should be fluent in both Swedish and English.
