With a quest to solve a range of diving related problems his innovative solutions securely placed him among the great entrepreneurial pioneers. Elvström's legacy has been continued and Poseidon equipment enjoys a stellar reputation within the diving community. Arguably though, no breakthrough matching the significance of Elvström's early work has been accomplished - that is until the launch of the Poseidon Discovery.
Poseidon is a world class act and leader in providing high quality equipment and diving experiences to recreational and professional divers around the globe.
Now we're looking for a newbrilliant and service minded co-worker who will be in charge of receiving and processing customer sales orders. An important part of the job is to deliver prompt replies to customers and to work in close cooperation with the Sales and Supply teams. Your job is also to make customers happy to contact Poseidon at any time, whether it is an order, request or more unlikely a complaint.
The position is based at the HQ in Gothenburg and you report directly to the Head of Sales.
Key responsibilities:
• Sales order processing
• Customer support case handling
• Answer phones
• Light administrative duties
Qualifications:
• Good people skills with strong phone and email manner
• Organized, process-driven and a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluency in Swedish and English verbally and in writing is required
• German language proficiency is highly valued
• Good computer skills, proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Personality traits that we're looking for:

• Team-oriented
We believe that you have a background in sales and services, preferably with experience from working in international companies selling, producing and distributing high-end products. It is a great advantage if you have experience from working with companies in Germany, the US and East Asia.
