Do you have great negotiation skills both in oral and written communication? Are you able to quickly gain an overview of a situation and are you confident in making decisions? The Collection Department's primarily goal is to find consumer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables by answering consumer questions over phone, e-mail and other communication channels. We strive to find individual solutions together with each consumer to pay off their debt. If needed, you would assist in solving disputes and advise on what steps to take to become debt-free. Furthermore you would have daily contact with merchants, authorities, lawyers and debt counselling organisations. Success in this role means being a dedicated team member who inspires others through your work and personality. We place great emphasis on a pleasant working environment and working independently towards the team's common goals. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our Collection Department. You are an efficient, independent person with a consumer minded attitude who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization. As handling consumer contacts via phone is a big part of your daily work, you need to have strong communication skills. We expect you to be fast and secure in making the right decisions while not being afraid to take own initiatives. Additionally we appreciate innovative colleagues who actively contribute to the development of the department and company. You are fluent in German and have good English skills, additional language skills are a plus.
