Customer service team leader, Sweden
Are you a true professional in customer service? Have you already gained experience in building, implementing and developing customer service in different channels? XXL is now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to take over the operative responsibility for customer service in Sweden. If developing high quality customer service is close to your heart and you share our values and passion for sports and the outdoors, you might be the one we are looking for!

Job description
Every customer of XXL deserves five-star service and your job is to guarantee this for the Swedish market in all our customer service channels. You will develop customer service in Sweden based on the concern's given key performance indicators.
Main responsibilities will include:

• To ensure we provide an excellent level of service to all our customers.
• To manage the Swedish customer service team effectively in accordance with our customer service strategy, development plan, goals and vision.
• To ensure we drive high performance to reach our set KPI's in our daily routines.
• Our passion is to provide the best customer service and experience in our industry thus you will need to own the drive and winning mindset to achieve our goal.

Qualifications
You are simply the best customer server of all times and know how to take your individual know-how even further and share it with others. XXL's values and the company itself are close to your heart and you would eagerly wish to serve our customers in the very best way possible.
What we are looking for:

• A true professional to join our highly motivated customer service team in Sweden
• Sincere passion to develop and to provide excellent customer service
• Sincere passion to develop and coach your team
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service in a similar position
• Suitable education to support the gained work experience
• Experience in change management is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English, fluency in any other Nordic language is seen as an advantage

The position is located in Bromma, Stockholm and in this position you will report to the XXL group's Head of Customer Service.
