CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR - ORDER MANAGEMENT GOTHENBURG
In this position you will be a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Research and Safety Market Division, which delivers over 800,000 different products to a wide range of customers helping them to accelerate life sciences research, solve complex analytical challenges, improve patient diagnostics and increase laboratory productivity.

Your main responsibility will be to create a world class Order Management service experience, by leading and developing your team and ensuring that all our customers are serviced in line with our high standards at all times. You will work tirelessly with your team and across the organisation to drive added value and differentiation through our service offering. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Creating, managing and developing a world class Order Management team.
• Ensuring your team receives training plans and career development opportunities; this includes setting individual and team targets and supporting the achievement of these goals.
• Developing an open, honest and innovative culture, where team members respect each other and are encouraged to think creatively when solving problems.
• Working closely with the Nordic Customer Service Manager to establish an environment where high performance and continuous improvement becomes the norm.
• Setting KPIs and monitoring their effectiveness through the use of metrics and analytical tools.
• Building strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders such as, Product Support within Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.
• Guaranteeing that all staff handle transactions in accordance with defined procedures and standards.
• Having a clear vision of what is required and act as a positive role model and motivating your team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
• Be able to demonstrate strong people management and leadership skills and will also be comfortable working in a multi-channel, customer service environment.
• Have experience of driving successful outcomes in process improvement and development.
• Be a strong leader, who communicates clearly with openly.
• Ideally have completed a further education programme, such as a Bachelor, Masters or equivalent.
• Speak English, Swedish and preferably one additional Nordic language.
• Show strong commercial acumen, a results-driven attitude and the ability to lead a high-performing team.
