Overview of the Opportunity and Requirements
LS Future Technology AB performs IT consultancy, education in new technologies and associated social media production. The social media content on Twitter and Youtube about new technologies has received consistent growth in subscribers and engagement. Especially the educational content about new blockchain tech has sparked a lot of interest, appreciation and questions from the audience. LS Future Technology AB earns revenue primarily through sales of online courses resulting from leads generated by said social media channels.
The company now needs to hire its first employee to improve in customer service, as the number of incoming questions and comments is overwhelming. As of now, the owner is working by himself and urgently needs additional help to respond to the audience questions about the content and services of LS Future Technology AB.
The job requires no particular work experience or minimum formal education level, but due to the nature of the content, personal interests in the topic will be helpful to be able to give advice and answer questions to prospects and existing customers.
The audience for LS Future Technology AB is largely global and non-Swedish, with the two highest performing demographics being Asia and United States. The company is looking to hire an employee who is either native or with significant work/study experience from these demographics in order to understand the US and Asian audience needs and provide cultural fluency for LS Future media content. All client interaction is in English.

Job Description, Customer Service Representative:
Give information and answer questions about LS Future Technology AB's content and course products.
Interact with prospective clients, such as replying to emails inquiring about the courses, replying to questions and comments on social media channels etc
Assist the owner in interacting with new leads through different online channels
Assist in preparing text for publication
Assist in preparing graphics and visual media content
Miscellaneous administrative tasks - answer phone, set up meetings, etc.

Requirements:
Fluent in written English
Work or study experience from Asia or US, preferably both
Personal interest in blockchain tech and cryptocurrencies
Personal interest in finance
Ability to create graphics or visual media
Available to start latest by May 3rd
Location: Hantverkargatan on Kungsholmen, Stockholm

Not required:
Swedish language skill is not required
There is no minimal formal education level
Previous experience in this line of work is not required - it's a new field and we invent as we go along
