As our Customer Service Specialist within Logistic and Supply Chain you will work in a team with great passion for service and quality. You will work in an international environment at FlexLinks head quarter with global contact with our sales unit. Main activities and responsibilities In your new role, you will for example: Support our internal sales units, mostly via emailHandle orders and registrationHandle freight invoicesUpdate price listsThis role is great for you who enjoys to work independently, is curious and thrives in a supporting role!Who are you? To be successful as our Customer Service Specialist, we believe that you have prior experience of either working in a similar role or within administration or sales. We believe that you are a service minded and customer focused person with a structured way of working. You enjoy working independently and you have a prestige less mindset. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken as you will handle customer internationally. It is a merit if you have prior experience in handling freight invoices and order handling. It is also a plus if you have prior experience of working in SAP.
