UPM is looking for
Specialist, Customer Service to our Scandinavian sales office in Stockholm.
The purpose of the job is to provide high-quality customer service and order processing for dedicated customers.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• inquiry handling
• production order entry
• confirming orders to customers
• call-off handling
• invoicing
• monitoring customer stock levels
• daily communication with customers, internal stakeholders and service providers
• collecting market, product and customer information
• providing product info, sampling and trial handling

Requirements
• Customer and service oriented mind set
• Excellent team working skills
• Proactive way of working
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations
• Accuracy in details
• Ability to work under pressure
• Suitable education
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in customer service, supply chain or similar tasks
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Fluent in Swedish and English, good understanding of Danish and/or Norwegian languages is an asset
• Excellent IT skills

Other Information
The specialist will report to Team Leader, Customer Service. Working premises are in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.
