Due to a position opening in our dynamic team, we now look for an outgoing and positive person to join our Network Hub office in the role of Customer Service Specialist as from July 2010. Our unit is a direct part of the Zurich Global Corporate division, located at the group?s Nordic Head office in Stockholm.
Working at Hub Sweden means primarily to coordinate business tasks and customer services in the area of international insurance programs (International Programs from Zurich ? IPZ) between our worldwide producing units and our network partner community of 45 independent insurance companies in over 30 countries in Europe and Central Asia.
Being part of a true global service team, this position offers personal development opportunities within the field of international Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine, Engineering and Financial Lines insurance. The daily work tasks include overall coordination with our partners to implement new IPZ accounts and to renew existing programs. Claims handling services and accounting activities also form an important part of the job responsibility. A series of global and local IT systems and platforms are available to assist the Customer Service Specialist in the process.
Successful task management requires daily communication by phone and e-mail with Zurich offices and our network partners. The Customer Service Specialist takes on a pro-active role in the overall relationship management between the hub and our partners.
The position requires skills and availability to work in a multi-cultural business environment. The main business language is English, a larger part of the tasks is performed using Russian language. Occasional travelling outside of Sweden and accustomed working hours during peak seasons may occur.
To apply for the position you should have an academic degree, preferably in Business Administration, Law or similar. You must be literate in spoken and written English and possess an advanced command of the Russian language. Further communication skills in respect of languages spoken in Eastern Europe, the Balkans region or Central Asia would be valuable assets to achieve enhanced performance goals in this position.
A work experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the international/industrial customers segment, of 5 years and more would be beneficial. As a person, you are an efficient communicator, social, but also energetic and persistent. You like working in a team as well as pursuing your individual goals set for this position.
