SKF's extensive knowledge of rotating equipment is captured in Machine Health's products, enabling SKF to accurately predict bearing failure in our customer's equipment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide an unbeatable customer service and internal sales support contributing to the achievement of business objectives. As team member, you will proactively manage all demand chain related tasks towards own customer portfolio, as well as taking part in work with enquiries, pricing etc

Job responsibilities:
• Build and maintain professional relationships, effectively communicate with Customers/ Partners as well as internal stakeholders
• Function as the point of contact for any SKF Sales unit when it comes to assistance in order placement, information about deliveries, changes in planned deliveries etc.
• Support SKF Sales units with datasheet information, pricing, default lead-time etc.
• To some extent guide Sales units to choice of product as well as what product designation to order
• To manage the Order Handling process from reception to the delivery of the order.
• To handle quotations according to local delegation rules and proactive follow-up.
• To safeguard the fulfilment of customer delivery requirements, through contract review whilst selecting the most cost-effective supply option, by continuous follow-up of schedules, delivery pattern, supply and shipments, service deliveries, logistic cost etc.
• To support the Account Manager with contract preparations, sales history analysis, opportunity development across platforms etc.
• Support Demand Chain manager in compiling data for various follow-ups
• Always perform the work with Customer in focus and keeping Broken Promises and Availability failures to a minimum.

Job Requirements:
• Service minded mindset
• Basic technical awareness and/or a certain level of technical interest
• Experience of working in SAP Environment is qualifying

• Excellent command of English and Swedish, spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer focused
• Willing and able to travel occasionally
• Strong personal drive and commitment
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
