Your tasks:
• professional technical as well as general customer support for white and brown goods, mobile phones, PC etc. based on a two-week product and communication training
• handling of phone calls, eMails and fax as well as documentation in English and another Scandinavian language
• appliance of databases and software tools in English
• general administrative tasks
• acquirement of extensive product knowledge and willingness for
continuing training
Our requisites:
• fluent written and spoken language skills in English as well as either Danish, Finnish and/or Norwegian
• Swedish as a first or second language is from advantage, but not a must
• an appropriate conversational style, adequate telephone etiquette as well as sound listening and interaction skills
• the capability to deal with constant flows of information supplemented by the ability to quickly change and adapt to new processes and procedures
• good general computer skills and the willingness to familiarize with new computer applications
• the competency to quickly and effectively resolve problems by exhibiting sound judgement and realistic understanding
• the ability to establish rapport with (potential) customers and service partners
• the capability to maintain a professional and positive outlook even under stressful and demanding circumstances
• comfort in working both independently an within a team environment
• first experience in customer contact (face-to-face or via telephone) is preferable, but not a requisite
• flexibility regarding shift working (including weekend shifts)
