hela Sverige This position is a consultant roll. The position as customer service representative consists to a large extent to be the face and voice to Vitrolife's customers. You will handle inquiries and incoming orders and process them in collaboration with Vitrolife's other departments (sales, distribution, manufacturing, finance). To exceed and improve the customers experience is the core responsibility in the position.
You will be working in a close cooperation with the customer service team to provide the best possible service to our customers. The customer service team in Gothenburg consists of 5 experienced and highly skilled colleagues.
Core responsibilities
* Order handling and providing service for both existing as well as new customers
* Respond to offer requests
* Following up on delivery status
* Respond to user requests
* Keep customer information updated in our business system
* Update the price and discount information in our business system
* Cooperate with Vitrolife's other departments to improve the customer experience
Skills and qualifications
We are looking for an individual, who is structured, proactive and used to deliver on sometimes short dead-lines. You also have excellent collaborations skills and are a very self-driven professional with a natural thirst for creating the best possible results. Your passion for excellent service is outstanding.
We expect that you at least have a High School Diploma, preferably in Business Administration. We also expect you to have 2-4 years of work experience with similar task preferably in a global organization in the medical technical industry.
Previous work experience with different CRM-systems, Jeeves or similar ERP-systems is highly meriting.
This position requires excellent skills in English and Swedish both in verbal and in writing. Other language skills, for example German, Spanish, French are meriting.
