Globally Curium Pharma are about 2300 employees. At the Sweden office, located at Drottninggatan in central Stockholm, they are about 10 people. All employees work from the office daily.

WORK TASKS

As Customer Service Representative you are responsible for providing the highest level of service to customers while operating within Curium's company guidelines. You will belong to a small team with two other Customer Service Representatives and your closest manager, Kristina.

You are primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the order management process for customers of Curium for the Nuclear Medicine Division, ensuring that the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner. The customers are mainly hospitals in the Nordic countries. In addition to external customers you will routinely interact with sales, marketing, and supply chain team in the region and at company headquarters.

The role is busy and varied, and demands an eye for details and an excellent approach to organizing workload as the role involves working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

• Order processing (quote to invoice) in an accurate and timely manner ensuring deadlines are adhered to.

• Respond to requests and queries, ensuring that a high level of professional service is provided to customers at all times.

• Maintain and update individual customer forms, ensuring that all information retained is accurate and up to date.

• Work according to current SOP and work-instructions.

• Carry out departmental tasks as identified for each day, following all procedures accurately in order to maintain high standards at all times.

• Ensure that all service level agreements and KPIs are met per given job task.

• Maintain knowledge of company products and customer service processes.

There will be an overlap with office management duties for a limited period initially, where you will handle incoming post, prepare paperwork and appropriate copies, direct to correct places and follow up as necessary, as well as help with scheduling aappointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

REQUIREMENTS

You take great responsibility, are proactive and always strive to improve service levels and processes. You can easily adapt to a fast-changing environment, prioritize between work tasks and have a sense of urgency. Furthermore, you are a team player with strong communication skills. You are detail-oriented, trusthworthy and have high work standards.

• Fluent in Swedish and English. French is a great plus since you will cooperate with the French Customer Service team. Knowledge of any other Nordic language or Dutch is also considered an advantage.

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience from a fast paced customer service department (medical/pharmaceutical experience is ideal), and at least one year of order management experience. Experience from an inbound call center environment, retail, or any other customer/social service venue is a must.

• Excellent telephone manners and ability to deal with customer orders and queries in a helpful, efficient and professional manner.

• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills as well as maturity and patience to deal with customers requiring immediate solutions is essential.
