hela Sverige We have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfill the following role as Customer Service Representative (CSR) for AkzoNobel Marine Coatings in Angered, business area Performance Coatings.
In this role you will be responsible to service the needs and requirements of the Marine and Performance Coatings Customer Base. You will also have responsibility for logistics and warehouse activities.
Main responsibilities
• Be one point of contact with customer within Finland
• Reply to all quotations and product availability enquiries to customers
• Support order process function with input of manual pricing
• Record and resolve any customer complaints
• Purchase order entry, receipt and follow up of supplier payments
• Be responsible of warehouse and logistics activities

This is a permanent position on a full time basis, reporting to the Regional Customer Service Manager
and based in Angered.

• Good networking skills with all stakeholders across a number of internal and external functions
• Demonstrable experience of ability to work under pressure
• Previous customer service experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong IT literacy, especially in all Microsoft office applications. Excel and outlook
• Knowledge of mfgpro is an advantage
• Fluent in Finnish and English, speaking and writing. Additional language skills are considered a merit.
