We have an immediate temporary opening for an individual who can fulfil the following role as Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Functional Chemicals Performance Additives in Stenungsund. As a CSR you will be a link between the customers in Europe and Functional Chemicals supply chain processes regarding sales order fulfilment.
Main responsibilities
Review customer enquiry/request before making Sales Quotation or Sales Order
Receipt of orders, input into SAP, order status control, monitoring, invoicing, providing shipping documents and follow up
Ensure that customers' orders are entered accurately and on time
Check stock availability
Acquire the role of information source for both internal and external customers
Be responsible for returns handling and complaints
Take initiative to contact customers and sales when order fulfilment problems occur
Qualifications
Academic degree in Economy or Logistics or corresponding education/experiende/competence
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in order to be effective
Excellent customer service sence
High social competence and ability to build long term relationships
Good knowledge in English and Swedish, additional language skills are considered a merit
Good computer skills

This is a temporary position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and based in Stenungsund.

The application process
After the closing date, we will start the selection process. In our first selection we thoroughly go through all the applications. If your skills and qualifications match the profile we are looking for, you will be invited to an initial phone interview that takes approximately 30 minutes. If you proceed in our selection process we invite you to a face-to-face interview that takes about 1,5 hours. There you will meet with the recruiter and the hiring manager.
