Overview
Essity is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our business Consumer Goods in Sweden and Norway, the position is situated in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Do you enjoy working together with many different functions to enable excellent customer service? Then maybe this is an opportunity for you!
We offer you the chance to become part of the Customer Service Team for Sweden & Norway, which is a part of the Regional Business Logistics team, which is a function within the Sales and Marketing organisation for Consumer Goods at Essity. You will be responsible for supporting our customers, focusing on handling the process from order to cash and you will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader for Sweden and Norway.

We would prefer this person to be able to start in mid-May.






Main Tasks
Process the daily salesorders so that they are dispatched, invoiced and paid on time (Order to cash)
Register and follow up on customer complaints
Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times etc and the status of order
Update and maintain the masterdata of customers, materials and pricing in SAP and other computerized systems
Lead customer specific projects and meetings, to improve collaboration and service to our customers
Collaborate with customers and functions within the organization, such as production, warehouse, sales, transport, distribution, to resolve daily challenges
Work closely with Demand Planning to identify deviations in expected sales patterns, tracking orders received against sales forecast to ensure continuity of supply
Verify, post and monitor transport and sales invoices

Key Competencies
Customer and Consumer focused
Minimum 1 year experience from logistics or customer service
University Degree in Business or Logistics is preferable
Language: Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience with SAP is preferable
