5.11 Tactical is one of the fastest-growing and most well-known brand of tactical apparel, gear and functional products in the world. We work closely with first responders, tactical operators, industrial and fitness professionals around the globe to create unique and highly functional products.
The office in Malmö is responsible for sales and distribution, serving countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are now looking for a new colleague under a 1-1,5 year in the role as a Customer Service Representative, starting in March 2019. The position might be permanent later on.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The mission is to provide a superior level of customer service to all our external as well as internal customers. You will be a part of a team of 6 dedicated and lovely CSR colleagues
In this assignment your main responsibilities will be:
• Receive and enter order from customers.
• Handling export- and shipping cases, with all documents and administration.
• Thoroughly research customer issues, complaints and comments and provides complete and timely resolution.
• Receive and answer inquiries from customers by phone and e-mail concerning price, and availability as well as the application of products, services and programs.
• Handling claims.
• Other duties as assigned.
YOUR PERSONAL SKILLS
To perform the job successfully, you should have the following credentials:
• 3-5 years of experience working at customer service department.
• At least High School Diploma.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems.
Good to have:
• Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience of Export and shipping administration
• Genuine interest in outdoor life, tactical apparel, gear and functional products is an advantage.

This is a position for a cheerful person who is highly motivated, sales driven and goal oriented, who will strive to meet and exceed customers' expectations each and every time.
