At our Viking location in Sweden, based in Arlandastad, we are searching for a:
Customer Service Representative
(Swedish/Finnish language skills mandatory)
You will be responsible for the customer contacts and customer satisfaction by processing orders and quotes in line with our policies, goals and processes. You provide clients with support and assistance over the phone and by managing their
quotes and orders efficiently up to the delivery of materials.
Responsablities:
Answer calls and e-mails from customers about delivery times, product information, changes etc.
Process and follow up on quotes, incoming orders.
Check daily reports and act accordingly.
Source suppliers and make inquiries.
Communicate with sales colleagues about price issues.
Prepare technical documents for agents and customers.
Profile:
This position requires a strong commercial knowledge. We prefer candidates with experience in a customer service environment. You have excellent administrative skills and some technical knowledge (e.g. construction, hydraulic
or pipe construction) is an advantage.
You have an excellent command of Swedish, Finnish and English.
You are familiar with international export rules and L/C's.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
