We have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfill the following role as Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Akzo Nobel Adhesives in Kristinehamn. The job is a permanent position.
As a CSR you will be a link between the external and ICD customers and Wood Coatings supply chain processes regarding sales order fulfillment.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Ensure that customers' orders are entered accurately and on time.
• Receipt of orders, input into SAP, order status control, monitoring, invoicing, providing shipping documents and follow up.
• Check stock availability.
• Plan and make transportation reservations.
• Approve freight invoices
• Be responsible for return handling and register complaints.
• Take initiative to contact customers and sales when order fulfillment problems occur.
• Updating prices
