Due to retirement we have an immediate opening for a position as Customer Service Representative.
Experience the difference - Take the opportunity to become a part of an experienced Customer Service Team with 7 members which processing 3.000 orders per year for worldwide delivery. From our open plan office in Stenungsund, Sweden we serve customers by providing different products and service information. To be customer focused is one of our key values to accelerate growth in the building and construction as well as paint market.
The key objective for the position is order handling from receipt to invoicing and other connected tasks related to sales and support of the administrational process.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
• Day-to-day contacts with customers/ agents/ distributors/ sales offices handling orders/ allocations/ deliveries/Invoices/payments/offers and other queries
• Contact for Transport booking, Issuance of transport documents, Handling of logistics complaints, Checking and approving of freight invoices, Give input to evaluation and selection of freight Forwarders and act as contact for Site Logistics reo deliveries and customs
• Responsible for keeping customer/agent master data up-to-date in SAP
• Handling of allocation issues towards production planner. Coordination with customers, prioritization within guidelines
• Work as a team with sales managers to maintain, improve and build relationships with customers so that customer satisfaction is ensured and further developed, capture relevant information in CRM tool
Academic degree in Economy or Logistics or corresponding experience/competence.
A few years of working experience from customer service.
Knowledge of SAP and especially the OTC flow.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in order to be effective.
Excellent customer service sense.
High social competence and ability to build long term relationship.
Experience from working in a global environment.
Good knowledge in English and Swedish additional skills in french is considered a merit.
Skills in MS Office package.¨

You are a good communicator both verbally and in writing and you have the ability to operate externally as well as internally within the company, to create long and successful business relations. As a person you are team-oriented, positive, responsible and highly result oriented.

This is a permanent position on a full time basis, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
