Responsibilities
We have an immediate opening for a position within Customer Service. The office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden and the Customer Service Representative reports to the Manager Sales Support in the Netherlands.
The Customer Service Representative will be a link between the customer, Operations and Marketing & Sales
and forms part of the team Operations Sweden consisting of 3 people.
The main responsibilities include:
• First point of contact in order handling process
• Order acceptance and entry in SAP
• Order handling
• Trouble shooting / complaint handling
• Invoicing
• Back up for Sales Assistant and Planning
Requirements
We are looking for a person with experience in the field of Logistics and Customer Service. You also need to
have experience from a similar job and you need to have worked with SAP or similar IT systems (ERP). You
have a high school or university degree, preferably within Economics or Logistics.
To enjoy this position you need to have excellent communication skills and be accurate in your work. Besides
that you are a team player who can work well with different departments and people. You are service-oriented
and a problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You communicate excellent in both
Swedish and English.
