The role
As a Customer Service Representative at Stronger, you are responsible for meeting our customers in all relevant channels with the goal of delivering an excellent customer experience. You and your team will deliver personalized world-class service through expert product knowledge and a genuine passion for cultivating relationships.
You will be the voice of the customer within the company. This means that you always keep the customers' perspective top of mind to make a difference and improve the customers' overall experience.

Who you are
As a person, you like to take responsibility, work independently, and at the same time see the value of working together as a team. You have a technical interest, such as troubleshooting e-commerce platform issues. In your daily work, you are expected to work at a high pace and be able to handle different situations that may come up both calmly and professionally. You value the quality of service and going the extra mile is at the heart of your service approach. You have an open mind and are motivated to challenge how we as a team can contribute to sales through our way of work.
Key Responsibilities
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (email and chat)
• Assisting customers with product recommendations, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their online purchases.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments
• Collaborating with other teams, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggesting innovative solutions
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in troubleshooting technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles
• Familiarity with common e-commerce platforms and tools
• Experience in Zendesk is meritorious
• Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Driven to work towards KPI's
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Professional knowledge in Swedish, Dutch, and/or German is meritorious

Location
It's a full-time position that is located at our office in the central part of Stockholm. We work both at the office and remotely.
Start date
This position is open for applications throughout the summer and interviews will be held from mid-August.
As part of the process, you will be asked to complete a personality and logic test.
