hela Sverige Product Area Tube is a world leading producer of seamless stainless steel tubes. Our tubes are used within industries such as chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, fertilizer, pulp and paper and machinery.
We are now looking for a driven Customer Service Representative who is ready for a flexible and service-oriented position. This position works in close collaboration with other departments within the Supply Chain organization, production, marketing and all of our sales units around the globe.
Key performance areas
As a Customer Service team member you will be responsible for handling orders within the Sandviken Tube Production Unit, which means full responsibility for the orders from the order creation to follow-up and product release. You will also be responsible for daily support regarding order questions from our customers and sales units around the world, which will give you good insight into Tube's global business arena. In addition to the daily business, there are always continuous improvement projects running. You will be involved in these projects, sometimes as a contributor and sometimes the person with overall responsibility. Internally, we work closely with other parts of Supply Chain and the Marketing department, as well as with the shipping and production departments.
Your profile
We are looking for candidates who are motivated, eager to learn and want to develop. Qualified candidates will have a university degree, preferably in logistics, marketing or a related field. Experience working in a similar field can be substituted for a degree. Knowledge of Lotus Notes and mainframe systems is advantageous. Fluent reading and writing skills in English and Swedish are required; other languages are appreciated.
As a person you are highly flexible, service-oriented and a good team player. You have the ability and desire to take ownership of the daily operations, the 'order to delivery' process, as well as to create and elaborate on continuous improvement projects. You are an outgoing, driven and positive person that can easily create and build networks, both internally, within the production unit, and externally.
