Customer Service Representative
(with technical knowledge)
You will be responsible for the customer contacts and customer satisfaction by processing orders and quotes in line with our policies, goals and processes. You provide clients with support and assistance over the phone and by managing their
quotes and orders efficiently up to the delivery of materials.
Responsablities:
• Answer calls and e-mails from customers about delivery times, product
information, changes etc.
• Process and follow up on quotes, incoming orders.
• Check daily reports and act accordingly.
• Source suppliers and make inquiries.
• Communicate with sales colleagues about price issues.
• Prepare technical documents for agents and customers.
Profile:
• This position requires commercial and technical knowledge. We prefer candidates with experience in a customer service environment. You have excellent administrative skills and a technical background (e.g. engineering background in construction, installation). You should also have an
understanding how construction works.
• You have an excellent command of Swedish and English, Finnish is an asset.
• You are familiar with international export rules.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills and you are a good team player.
