Work Description
We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative - Junior consultant position within Order & Shipping Distribution to join our client in Lund. The assignment period is 1st of May until 31st of August with a good possibility to be extended until the end of autumn.
You will serve as primary contact for Swedish customer inquiries, order processing, and coordinating customer service needs with other functions as required (such as with product availability issues). You will also serve as a backup for the Norwegian Customer Service representative during summer vacations.
The job includes the following tasks:
• Serve as the main contact towards the internal/external Swedish customers.
• Receive and process orders via telephone, fax, mail and EDI until invoiced.
• Respond to customer questions and requests via telephone or mail.
• Follow up, Log and solve customer related issues with regards to shipments, invoices orders etc.
• Manage customer returns according to returns process.
• Keep customer files updated.
• Support business with information when applicable.
Qualifications
The sucessful candidate will be asked to possess following required qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of SAP knowledge - order placements, shipment processing, report extraction
• Preferably 1-5 years Customer Service experience
• Preferably good knowledge in Excel
• Language skills
• Swedish - Excellent
• English - Very good
• Norwegian - Enough to understand the spoken language and not afraid of speaking to Norwegian customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and solutions oriented with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers.
• Ability to prioritize
• Quick to learn
• Proactivity - Flexible mindset
