We are currently looking for a Customer service process innovation specialist for an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting as soon as possible and has a two-year contract with a great possibility for an extension.

About the role:

Purpose of the job:
The Process Innovation Specialist main tasks is to drive and coordinate service tracking development and stabilization, coordinate CS related projects and analyze and report core KPI to management at SENA, ECSO and HQ. Key responsible includes control, analyze and coordinate service accountabilities as described below. The role will require skills in communication and co-operation.

Position in the organisation:

• CS Operations & CX Manager
• CS Control & Development Mgr
• CS Process Innovation Specialist

Key accountabilities:

• Drive projects to implement new logics and improve KPI 's.
• Regularly analyze data and create and lead action plans for improvement.
• System standardization with focus on service tracking towards service partners and system developers.
• Process improvements within CS with the purpose of service and cost saving optimization and efficiency.
• Manage excel files including macro creation for KPI reporting.
• KPI reporting.

Liasons:

• Customer Satisfaction Operation Manager, HoD, Customer Satisfaction Service Managers.
• Internal: Order departments, i.e. Finance department, Order Desk, SCM, MIS and Sales divisions.
• External: Service centers in the Nordic region, IT system developers.

Qualifications required:

• High school ("gymnasium")
• Preferably SAP (NERP) knowledge
• Administration / Database experience
• Advanced skills in Excel (not novice)

Experience:

• Preferably has worked with similar tasks 1-2 years.
• Previous system experience, good knowledge of XML and EDI connections.

• Excellent skills in Excel, being able to program and manage macro.
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions

• Self-starter (taking own initiatives, drive)

• Analytical
• Well skilled in Office package
• Fluent in English
