We are now looking for a Customer Service Officer at Philips Lighting.
Main responsibilities:
You will support the customers with Product- and Delivery information.
Order management via SAP R3:
• Order confirmation
• Track and trace
• Order release
• Return orders
• Contact to the warehouses, factories and planners.
• Etc.
Customer support via mail and phone:
• Answering questions regarding product specifications etc.
• Answering simple technical questions
• Etc.
You will have the possibility to manage your own customer relations.
In this role you need to enjoy taking responsibilities as well as being well organized.
We expect you to be service minded and outgoing.
Qualifications:
Education whitin Lighting or electrician background or 2 years of working experience of similar job within the lighting sector.
Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written.
You have a strong drive and dedication.
You like to work in a dynamic working environment and you want to be a part of future development of the Customer Support Group. We think you have worked with Customer Service previously. Preferable you have knowledge of SAP (our Business Working System)
