We are now looking for a new member to join our successful team in Skåne.
About the role
Our Customer Service & Logistics team is looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to ensuring that our customers receive the right product, at the right time, and with the highest quality.
As a part of the Customer Service & Logistics team, you will work closely with customers, Business Managers, external warehouses, production and planning team. You will be responsible for managing the entire order flow from start to finish, following up on deliveries, and ensuring compliance with internal routines.
The role is based in Åsljunga and is a full-time (100%) position.
You will report to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.
Main responsibilities
• Manage customer orders and internal order flow in our ERP system - including order entry, stock checks, preparing of export documentation, credit notes and invoicing.
• Ensure clear, correct and professional communication between customers, internal sales, warehouses and logistics partners.
• Follow up on deliveries, handle claims, and work proactively to minimise potential disruptions.
• Support Business Managers with customer information, price lists and campaigns.
• Drive initiatives related to process improvements and new ways of working.
• Build and maintain close relationship with customers through regular follow-up meetings and proactive communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of routines, processes and customer satisfaction.
Required skills & competencies
• Structured, communicative and solution oriented
• You have a strong eye for detail and accurate documentation
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where the pace may vary
• Service minded and detail oriented
• Good skills in ERP systems, or the ability to learn quickly
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• A strong team player who contributes to shared goals
• Motivated by identifying efficiencies and improvements in daily work
Merits (preferred)
• Experience in supply/logistics, BI/SAP systems, and international export
• Export documentation and customs regulations and procedures
• University degree
• Proven experience from a similar role
