Publiceringsdatum2022-04-29ArbetsuppgifterTATAA is recruiting a passionate individual to join the growing customer orders and logistics team. The scope of this role encompasses processing customers orders and oversee the cycle of order until fulfilment. You will assist the Supply Chain Manager in making sure customer orders are thoroughly processed and shipped in a timely fashion.
Main Responsibilities:
• Receive and process, update or amend complex sales orders from customers
• Placing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Process delivery notes
• Facilitate the shipping of products to customers
• Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
• Receive products from our suppliers and coordinate delivery to customers
• Prepares loads for shipment
• Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
• Label and prepare products ready for customer use, ensuring a high attention to detail
• Perform other responsibilities and related duties as needed
• Liaising between different departments
• To be aware of the companys quality management system and in particular to follow any quality assurance work instructions that is applicable to the job
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Kvalifikationer• Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on own initiative
• Able to demonstrate objectivity and delivery of solutions
• Able to prioritise work
• Organisational and problem-solving skills,
• Understanding of quality management principles,
• Attention to detail,
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and additional languages (added value)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, previous use of NetSuite (desirable)
• Experience from working with administration of sales orders / logistics
• Used to working in an international environment
• Structured
• Solution-oriented
