Shortly about the job
In this role, you take full responsibility in terms of delivering world-class customer service to our end customers in the Nordics area. You contribute to increased profitability and productivity by streamlining your organization to increase the level of support with true focus on direct customer value. You lead a team of experienced Customer Service representatives with a high level of technical skills located in Halmstad and manage our OTD. Managing customer projects with innovative component solutions and tooling up machines is also part of your assignment as well as developing the latest engineered solutions.
The location for this position is at our site in Halmstad in Sweden, with a hybrid solution where we need you at least 50% on site.
Your background and personality
We're looking for someone with project management experience - preferably also some other kind of leadership experience - combined with knowledge of CAD, CAM and tool design. You're a skilled user in Excel, NX or MasterCAM, while knowledge in the programs SAP, Veros or PP is beneficial. If your knowledge is backed by a university degree in engineering, we consider it a merit. Working locally in a global company calls for good skills in Swedish and English, while knowledge in Finnish or German is a plus.

With your great interpersonal and communicative skills, you easily build strong relationships based on trust and honesty.
