iDeal of Sweden is now looking for a Customer Service Manager to our Sales and Customer team in Norrköping.

iDeal Of Sweden is a global and fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand with HQ in Norrkoping. We have local offices in Stockholm and four other countries around the globe. The customer service team consists of 14 Sales & Customer Service Agents at the moment but are constantly growing. The team handles all B2C two-way communication through iDeal. This means email, live chat, social media channels, reviews pages etc. The working environment can be described as entrepreneurial and fast-paced - where you have great opportunities to develop and grow

In the role as Customer Service Manager, you will lead the business development of the Customer Service department. This means constantly looking for ways to improve our service level, streamlines processes and setting up new routines and processes. You will, together with team leaders, be managing a large team towards the KPI's.

Areas of responsibility

• Continuously improve and ensure that we maintain the highest standards in satisfaction, efficiency and returning customers.
• Responsible for the customer service team and their KPI's.
• Ensure that the team works in an efficient way, with clear guidelines and in line with iDeal Of Swedens goals.
• Recruiting and reconciliations
• Develop working methods and motivational tools.

Your profile
As a person, you are a natural leader that loves to develop people and teams. You set and maintain clearly defined measurable goals and high-quality standards. It is also important to have an understanding of the commercial landscape to be able to identify business opportunities-always with the customer in mind.

• Multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Service-minded, sales-focused, structured, and flexible.
• Likes a high tempo, works efficiently and are good at making priorities and delegate tasks.
• Motivated by taking on difficult tasks and working towards high goals.
• Has a commercial awareness and naturally identifies business opportunities as well as understanding profit, loss and added value.
• You are comfortable taking initiatives and finding solutions to problems.

Your background:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Experience from a similar role
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Very good computer experience
• Previous sales experience
• Good organizational skills
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
• Fluent English and Swedish in speech and writing

Other information

You will be based in our head office in Norrköping and report to the Head of E-Commerce in Stockholm. The position is a full-time position and will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate. Please send your application as soon as possible as we are reviewing them continuously.
